360 Strength + Performance

🏋️ About 360 Strength and Performance

360 Strength and Performance is a welcoming training facility located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, dedicated to helping kids and young athletes move better, feel stronger and build confidence. Through high-quality coaching, engaging programs and a positive environment, we support children to develop strong movement skills, physical strength and mental resilience — all while having fun.

💪 Building Strong Foundations for Life

We believe learning how to move well from a young age is the key to long-term success in sport and everyday life. Our programs focus on teaching fundamental movement patterns, strength and coordination in a safe and age-appropriate way. By building these foundations early, kids gain confidence in their bodies and reduce the risk of common growth-related injuries as they develop.

⭐ 360 Youth Development Program

Our 360 Youth Development Program introduces children to essential skills such as running, jumping, sprinting and basic strength work. Sessions are fun, supportive and designed to help young athletes enjoy movement while developing skills they can carry with them into their teenage years and beyond.

🎉 360 Junior School Holiday Camp

Our popular Junior School Holiday Camps are all about fun, friendship and fitness. Kids enjoy group games, basic fitness activities, confidence-building challenges and plenty of laughs — including the much-loved Nerf Gun Wars! Morning and afternoon tea snacks are provided, along with prizes to keep kids motivated and smiling.

🌟 Why Families Love 360SP

We’re local, experienced and passionate about helping kids develop healthy, active lifestyles. Our goal is to create a safe gym environment where boys and girls feel encouraged, supported and proud of what their bodies can do.

At 360 Strength and Performance, we help young athletes unlock their potential — one confident step, jump and smile at a time.
