- A structured introductory class for young creators, providing basic formal instruction and teaching the rudiments of drawing in a simplified way.
Students are guided step-by-step to complete a different artwork each week, covering a variety of subject matter and materials. Lessons start with popular warm-up drawing games such as speed drawing and blind drawing.
The focus is on fun and confidence-building!
This class will learn with Graphite & Coloured Pencils; Black-line Markers; Soft + oil pastels, Watercolours and acrylic paints .
Pottery / clay building every third week [ all materials supplies ]
These weekly after school classes are a commitment for the 9-week school term.
Term 1 Dates : Sat 31 Jan - 28 March 2026.
Cost $38.50 excl gst per 2 hr class
Bookings are essential.
Term fees are to be paid in full before the term commences unless otherwise agreed. For missed classes, make-up classes are offered in another class held during the same term.
Content: Covering a variety of subjects using the three main types of drawing – Observation, Memory and Imagination. Lessons in Realistic, Still-Life, Animated Characters, Fantasy and Perspective Drawing.
