- WAVES SKI CAMP is designed for kids with an intermediate to advanced skiing ability. All children will attend 2 x 2 hour ski or board lesson. Afternoons and the last day will be free ski.
Appropriate for 12-17 years.
(10 & 11 year olds welcome if joining with an older sibling of close family friend)

WHERE WE STAY
'The Snowy Valley' - Jindabyne. Famous for its breathtaking vantage point and magnificent views of Lake Jindabyne and the snow capped peaks behind it, it includes an indoor heated swimming pool. Rooms are lodge style and 4-7 share.
THE FOOD
3 Hot breakfasts & 2 dinners are provided.
Lunch to be purchased by Kids on the Mountain (We will all meet at a specified dining venue each day)
Dinner the first and last nights & lunch on the last day will not be supplied, as we will be in transit. Children can pack dinner / snacks or purchase food at a road stops on the way.

MEET THE HOSTS
The trip is run by Deano (a dad of 2 teens) and JJ (a mum of 2 tweens). Both have extensive experience working with Children, Skiing and looking after kids as if they were their own. You will have the opportunity to meet them over a Zoom meeting closer to the time of the trip. If you have any questions prior to that, you are welcome to call and chat.
WAVES SURF SCHOOL
Owned and operated by Dean "Deano" Dunstone, this father of two teenagers is a qualified surf instructor, ski guide, professional skater & actor, landscape designer and horticulturalist.
With an amazing rapport with children of all ages, safety is his main priority, yet fun is undoubtedly what he exudes.
Waves have run Camps with schools such as Barker College, Outdoor Education Group, German International School Sydney, Brigidine College, Brighton Grammar and Haileybury College.
Waves Kids Camp staff all have their Working With Children Check.
