Little Whales Wellbeing Centre focuses on caring mothers during their prenatal period, and helping them to recover during their confinement (post-natal) period.

Our mission is to provide solutions and support to new parents. This includes a diverse range of services. These including medical services, home based support, parenting training, beauty therapy, pre and postnatal yoga, online shopping mall and lots more. We want to be your best companion throughout your parenting journey.

SERVICES

★ Pre & Post Natal Classes

Little Whales offers a range of classes and workshop for new and expecting parents. We offer both antenatal and postnatal classes with our midwife. You can choose face to face or online learning.

★ Postnatal Support

After your discharge from the hospital, we can offer postnatal support to your individual needs in your own home. Our outreach program includes: midwife visits, lactation consulting, home help services, and early parenting coaching.

★ Health & Wellbeing

We provide professional services such as telehealth (midwifery), parent training, as well as nutrition, yoga, tai chi, and early childhood classes.
