Jam Performing Arts – Inspiring Confidence and Passion in Dance
Jam Performing Arts is North Lakes' longest-running performing arts school, known for building not only dance skills but also confidence, creativity, and lifelong friendships. Under the direction of experienced husband-and-wife team Michael and Danica Edge, Jam offers a warm and encouraging environment where children can explore and develop their passion for dance across a variety of styles, including Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Song & Dance, Tumbling, and Acrobatics.
Our classes cater to every age and stage:
✨ Mini Jammers (2-6 years): Our READY SET DANCE program introduces little ones to the joy of movement in a fun, foundational dance class.
✨ Juniors, Pre-Teens & Teens (7-12 years): Classes designed for continued development, where students learn new skills, build confidence, and explore various dance styles.
✨ Pre-Senior & Senior (13-18 years): Advanced classes focusing on technique, performance, and personal expression as students refine their talents.
All students at Jam Performing Arts are given the opportunity to shine in our annual end-of-year showcase, celebrating their hard work and achievements. For those seeking additional challenges, our eisteddfod and performance teams perform in local competitions and shows, connecting our dancers with the community and offering valuable performance experience.
