At Brisbane Dance Theatre, we believe every child has the potential to be a dancer, and we are passionate about helping them discover their love for this beautiful art form. We offer a supportive, personalised approach to dance instruction, recognising that every child is unique in their learning journey. Our goal is to nurture correct technique while fostering creativity and enjoyment in a welcoming environment.

We offer a variety of classes for children from 12 months old to teens, including:

⭐ Wiggles World of Dance 'Beautiful Ballet' (12 months to 5 years)

⭐ Acrobatics (4 years and up)

⭐ Jazz (4 years and up)

⭐ Classical Ballet (5 years and up)

⭐ Tap (5 years and up)

⭐ Contemporary Dance (7 years and up)

⭐ Hip Hop (7 years and up)

⭐ Pointe (11 years and up, for advanced ballet students)

⭐ Body Conditioning (all ages)

Our highly skilled and experienced teachers bring diverse backgrounds in professional ballet companies, performances, and even films and cruise ship shows. This wealth of experience allows us to teach at a high level across all dance disciplines, something we take great pride in.

We are particularly excited about our Wiggles World of Dance Beautiful Ballet Programme, created by industry leaders and professional ballet dancers. This programme is designed for children aged 12 months to 5 years and introduces them to ballet fundamentals in a fun, imaginative, and creative way. Through progressive lessons, little ones will explore ballet technique, vocabulary, and steps, preparing them for more formal training in the future.
