- A Good Beginning Never Ends!
Our Kindermusik Our Time encourages your little one to be creative, to initiate their own ideas and to respond in their own ways, while your active participation gives them the security they need. In this age group children and adults all attend the class together for the full 45 minute lesson.
As you play instruments, sing, move, and explore, you’ll uncover an engaging musical world while building your child’s confidence and communications skills.
For your toddler, every day brings new discoveries and opportunities to explore the world around him. Despite your toddler’s seeming independence, he still longs for the safety and security of parental closeness. During this time, your toddler still relishes the comfort of the familiar while also seeking the challenge of something new.
✨ Term 4, 2024: Beach Days & Marvelous Me!
1) Beach Days: Grab your beach ball, we’re going to the beach! Crabs are scuttling, toes are wiggling, waves are crashing , and the sun is shining. We’ll enjoy favorite songs and dances, do an Octopus Hula, jump on a banana boat, and then snuggle up and happily relax to gentle beach sounds and songs. Beach Days is as fun and restorative as…well, a trip to the beach!
2) Marvelous Me!: At this amazing developmental moment, children are basking in the comfort and security of caregivers, but also testing the boundaries of independence. Suddenly able to do so many new things on their own, they are still dependent for so many others. In Marvelous Me, you’ll move your bodies, use your senses, and explore friendship, favorite things, and feeling good about all the amazing things you can do.

Our studio home in the inner northern Brisbane suburb of Everton Park is a unique creative space for all ages offering a wide range of classes, workshops and activities including:
⭐ Kindermusik (0 to 6 years)
Kindermusik at Flying Fox Studios is a community of families and teachers passionately committed to bringing music to children's lives through developmentally appropriate curricula, CDs, books, instruments, and activities for our classes and for family time at home.
⭐ Art Classes (2 years to Adults)
At Flying Fox Studios, we believe in fostering the growth and development of every student's artistic abilities, cultivating skills, enhancing their observation, expanding their thinking, and enriching their experiences in the world of art.
⭐ Fox Blocks STEM (3.5 years to Grade 7)
Fox Blocks is an innovative hands on engineering & construction program for kids. Foster skills, knowledge and a love of learning in the areas of construction, engineering, science, math and technology, Fox Blocks is one of Brisbane's longest running STEM focused kids extracurricular activities.
⭐ Holiday Workshops (4 to 17 years)
Come and join the Flying Fox Studios team for a fun, creative and original holiday workshop program. Workshops are offered for a wide range of topics such as painting, engineering, science, design, drawing, and craft.
Flying Fox Studios is a small business that has seen a generation of students pass through since the doors were first opened in 2006.
Our creative team also run an amazing little store on site and online called STEAM Kids, from which profits are put back into development of the programs offered to our local community.
We offer a free trial class in all our term length programs. While not available during the first week of any term, we would love to have you come along and try out one of our fabulous programs.
