Overview

    Limelight Studios classes are designed to explore each student's creative potential by developing art & observational skills as well as encouraging self-expression through the art making process. During the year we cover drawing, painting & sculpture with a focus on the Elements & Principals of Art. We practice a variety of techniques using a broad range of artist quality materials in a friendly, professional studio space. Group & Individual Classes are designed to suit children of all art abilities from age 5 years up to HSC level.

Limelight Studios Gladesville runs art classes and workshops for kids, teens and adults in a friendly, professional studio space in Gladesville.


School Holiday Workshops are fun and friendly 2 hour classes aimed to suit children between 5 years and up at all levels of artistic ability.


After school group and individual art classes run for 1 hour over 8 weeks and are designed to develop students artistic skills and promote the enjoyment of the Visual Arts in a supportive and creative environment.


Mentoring is available for HSC students and emerging adult artists with programs tailored to suit each student’s needs and goals.


Limelight Studios also provides art programs and demonstrations in-situ for Primary and High School students, Teachers and Corporate Workshops are available upon request.


ABOUT US


Deanne Palmer has been a practising artist for over 30 years. Her current practice spans painting, sculpture and printmaking. Deanne has been sharing her love of artmaking and teaching from the Limelight Studios Gladesville location since 2008.


Our small group classes and workshops are offered for between 4 - 10 students in a comfortable, air-conditioned studio space and all artist quality art materials are included.
