Overview

    *An exciting term of art inspired by dogs and by the artworks of American Artist Cassius Marcellus Coolidge.
    We will learn about creating caricature art, drawing & painting different types of dogs and creating a card game and designer box like Coolidge designed with his famous “Dogs Playing Poker” series.
    Students will learn facts about the artist & explore his artwork and create lots of Dog themed art.

    FOR Y1-Y6 (in 2023) Students only. Kindy Students can book onto waiting list for term 2 classes.

    *This is a face-to-face full art program (8 weeks) complete with back up online google classroom access that offers exclusive bonus content too.

    *Your fees will be invoiced to you in Term 1 for payment. You are simply booking your space in the class now. There is no charge for this booking.

    *Cost is $210 per term per child. This includes all materials needed, tuition, & access to online videos & bonus activities.

    *Discounts that might apply to you: Returning Students $10, Sibling Discount $5.

Fun Time Art was founded initially in Ireland by artist Elaine Butler in 1994. In 2002 Fun Time Art & Elaine relocated to Australia. Elaine is an Irish / Australian visual artist and mobile arts educator located in both the Blacktown / Hills Area of Western Sydney and in Wallerawang, Regional NSW Australia. She is also a Mural Artist, is qualified in Art Therapy, and a children’s book author & illustrator.

Fun Time Art offer a variety classes & workshops for kids aged 5 -13 years designed to stimulate, enthuse and inspire the creativity of the individual while letting them experience different craft materials and techniques in a “lets have lots of fun” environment.


We offer a warm welcome to help children settle in and lots of individual attention to ensure they explore their own unique artistic style and gain a great sense of achievement. We make sure that every child feels cared for and goes home with finished artworks that they can be proud of. A large shirt to cover clothes or Old, comfy Clothes a must for all lesson!

Fun Time Art offer a variety classes & workshops for teens, designed to build & guide students skills in visual arts. Teens are encouraged to develop their own unique style of artistic expression in a friendly & welcome environment.


Fun Time Art grows with your child as they become a tween and then a teen! These classes built upon the skills previous developed through the Little Artist Classes.
