    🥋Confidence Muscles Exercises by sitting in a circle and introducing ourselves & sharing our favourites.

    🥋Educational Floor Games: Kids love it and they dont event feel they are learning Teamwork, Focus, Balance, Leadership and Social Skills.

    🥋 Hand drills

    🥋Bully-Proofing & Stranger Dancer: We sit in circle and we talk about meaning of Bully and how to defend ourselves around them. We are proud to introduce our special formulated tools.

MF (Matt Fiddes) Mixed Martial Arts North West Brisbane School is one of the Matt Fiddes Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) branches in Australia, the Matt Fiddes Martial Arts method incorporates a combination of techniques and principles from a variety of martial arts styles, including: Karate, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Ju Jitsu, Muay Thai, and martial arts weaponry – all of which provides our students with a well-balanced self-defence system. Bringing together the best of a range of styles into an integrated system gives Matt Fiddes students the advantage they need to protect themselves in virtually any situation.

Physical skills act as a foundation for something much more important: the development of value skills, both mental and emotion. Children at the Matt Fiddes Martial Arts Schools learn both Social and Life Skills such as Respect, Discipline, Goal setting, Concentration, Stranger Danger, Anti-Bully High Five and lots more.
