Starting in TeenFITNESS, students learn bodyweight movements before progressing to TeenSTRENGTH, where they safely add weights under the guidance of qualified youth coaches. These classes are perfect for all levels, especially teens who arenβt in sports but want a fun way to stay active, build strength, and challenge themselves.
ποΈββοΈ TeenLIFT β Focused Weight Training
Small group personal training (only 8 teens per class) with professional youth-certified coaches. Teens learn proper weightlifting techniques in a supportive environment, building strength and confidence in just 45 minutes.
π₯ TeenBOXING β High-Energy Cardio
A fun, high-intensity boxing workout designed for teens. Students bring their own gloves and focus mitts for hygiene, and enjoy a safe, structured way to burn energy and build fitness.
π¨βπ©βπ§ Parent & Teen BOXING β Bond Through Fitness
A unique class for parents and teens to train together. Suitable for all fitness levels, this program is modified for beginners, making it a great way to bond while staying active.
π RUNCLUB β 6-Week Fitness Challenge
Our Run Club welcomes all fitness levels, with groups for beginners, intermediate, and advanced runners. Together, we train to build endurance and prepare for the 11km Sutho2Surf Fun Run, making fitness a shared adventure.
