OUR CLASSES
⭐ Baby Explorers (Ages 7-12 Months)
In this class, your little ones will develop essential motor skills and coordination through activities that promote spatial awareness, balance, and strength.
⭐ Dingo Pups (4-Year-Olds)
Designed specifically for our energetic four-year-olds, this class focuses on refining motor skills while boosting strength and coordination. Plus, it encourages emotional, social, and cognitive development through fun and engaging activities.
⭐ MFG Parkour (Ages 5-7 & 8+)
For those who love adventure, MFG Parkour combines gymnastics and ninja warrior elements, teaching kids to navigate obstacles creatively and quickly. It’s a fantastic way for them to express themselves while building confidence and agility.
In addition to these classes, we also offer a functional training program with our MFGFit 8+ Classes, ensuring that your child has the opportunity to stay active and healthy in a way that suits their interests.
