Studio Mary Lou Kids Art Classes

Lessons may include exploring sculpture, self portraits, personal murals, puppet making, printing, painting and clay and much more!

A range of vibrant materials including paints, clay, recycled objects coloured paper, coloured rice, dyes, wood, are used to explore process art, where the emphasis is on developing the child's artistic voice. Projects run have been painted body tracings, self portrait shadow boxes, collage self portraits, ice-cream stick sculptures, puppet making and much more!

Dr Mary Lou Pavlovic is an Australian artist with over 20 years teaching experience. She has taught in the Sculpture and Painting Departments at Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne University, and run childrens' art classes for nine years.

She holds a PhD in Visual Arts from Monash University, a Working with Children Check and a National Police check. Mary Lou is a registered Creative Kids Provider.
