    Rise Up Kids Yoga and OT presents the latest school holiday workshop for kids this spring: "Super kids!"

    Rise up Kids Yoga workshops are not just 'kids doing yoga poses'. They are all about meaningful fun, activities with purpose and an intention to support children's physical, social and emotional wellbeing through evidence based and therapeutic strategies.

    Children will:
    * learn yoga poses and games to build their strength, balance and flexibility,
    * engage in mindful activities to regulate their energy levels and emotions (self-regulation skills),
    * connect with themselves and others through meaningful games and art
    * harness their imagination, creativity, curiosity, playfulness and attention throughout the engaging session
    * learn strategies to build their self-confidence and growth mindset

    These workshops are run by paediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) and Children and Teens Yoga Teacher, Michelle Roberts. With more than 20 years of clinical experience working with children as an OT. She is knowledgeable about children's development and wellbeing and is passionate about supporting and empowering them to become the best version of themselves all whilst having HEAPS of fun!

    No prior experience of Yoga required and you don't need to be flexible!!

    When: Monday September 25th 10-11.30am (90 mins)
    Places are limited to 10.

    WHAT'S INCLUDED:
    * a beautiful, relaxing yoga studio environment
    * yoga mat and props
    * a healthy snack
    * craft activity
    * small gift

    OF NOTE:
    - please advise of any allergies when booking in.
    - minimum numbers of 4 required for each class to run.

    WHAT TO BRING:
    * bottle of water
    * wear comfortable and suitable clothing for yoga
    * a curious mind and open to having fun!


    CANCELLATION POLICY
    *100% credit for class rescheduled by Rise Up Kids Yoga and OT
    *85% refund on cancellations made > 7 days prior to activity
    *50% credit on cancellations made < 7 days and > 48hours prior to the activity
    *No refund or credit available for cancellations made <48hours prior to activity
