Ninja-Warrior Holiday Fun (Dulwich Hill)

Overview

    A fun and interactive themed program that is suitable for kids of all fitness levels.

    The program starts with a warm up games, and then an obstacle course with things like:

    Balance beam, hurdles, speed ladder, boxing kickpad, tyres (flipping/ rolling), tunnel crawl, agility poles (crawling under, jumping over, zigzag running), jumping spots, etc.

    Followed by fun games like dodgeball survival run, laser-beam duck & jump, Ninjas & warriors (oz tags/ races), target throwing challenges etc.

    There will be a 30 minute lunch break so please bring lunch for your child.
