This class introduces younger kids to a range of fun circus activities. Every class starts with an aerobic warm up game followed by a full body stretch. Children work on foundational body shapes and tumbling skills, then rotate through skills including manipulation (spinning plates, juggling scarves, hula hoops), aerial pods and static trapeze, and trampoline. Circus is a great way to develop body awareness, confidence, and coordination.

Kids start with foundational skills and progress into specialties like trampolining, straps, static trapeze and beyond.
