Overview

    NICA's entire purpose-built campus will be featured in this year's Open House Melbourne program.

    Across two days, the building will be open to curious minds and lovers of architecture.

    Guests will have a limited group tour of the bespoke facilities, guided by NICA's circus trainers, who understand its functionality and glory better than anyone.

    Learn about the building's history and architecture, how the facility is utilised daily, and how building design and world-class circus arts go hand-in-hand.

    Following the tour, visitors can test out the facilities in a guided circus workshop.

    There will be two workshops to choose from for our adult participants - Tumbling and Trampoline or an Assorted Aerials workshop, using the world-class equipment to get a taste of the real experience.

    For kids, there will be a Family Acrobatics workshop, in which children will learn pyramids and partner balances with their guardians.

    Booking fee for both the tour AND a workshop included is just $7.

✨ School Holiday Programs – Perfect for ages 5–17, these workshops invite beginners and budding circus stars alike to explore juggling, trampolining, tumbling, trapeze, tissu, and more. Every holiday is packed with movement, laughter, and a chance to try something new.


✨ Recreational Term Classes – From general circus for complete beginners to specialist skills for more advanced students, our term classes (ages 5+, teens, and adults) focus on building fitness, coordination, strength, flexibility and confidence. Kids start with foundational skills and progress into specialties like trampolining, straps, static trapeze and beyond.


At NICA, circus is about more than tricks – it’s about confidence, creativity and community. Whether your child dreams of the spotlight or simply wants a fun way to stay active, our programs make the joy of circus accessible to all.
