Martial arts is an exciting way for kids to build confidence, self discipline and make new friends.

We believe self-defense to be an important life skill. Through Martial Arts training students also learn a vast array of other skills that translate into everyday life, including respect, teamwork and self-discipline. We empower our students by helping them build confidence and to act with integrity. We provide endless opportunities for students to further their knowledge in Martial Arts in a safe, supportive and inspiring environment.

COACHING SINCE 2005

Head Coach - Daniel Jancek (5th Degree Black Belt) has been coaching kids for 20 years. All of our coaches are a minimum Black Belt level and have also been coaching kids as well as training and working together for many years. 7 Strikes is a proud family owned and operated business.

OUR DISCIPLINES

7 Strikes has a unique style that combines multiple disciplines to give our students skills that are relevant and effective in real life situations, whether that be for self-defence, or for sport. Our style has progressed from American Kenpo Freestyle Karate, now with a stronger focus of kickboxing and boxing techniques, grappling, as well as incorporating our other styles. New students start by learning the basics of karate, kickboxing and boxing, with the other styles and techniques incorporated as they progress in ranks. This creates a strong base for our students, and opens up many pathways for them to follow as they grow.
