About the provider

At MADD House we offer a range of therapeutic services designed to promote mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being for individuals of all ages. Our approach combines music, art, dance, and drama therapies to help clients express themselves creatively while addressing their unique needs.

✨ Music Therapy involves using music and its elements to assess and enhance emotional well-being, physical health, and communication skills. Our qualified therapists create tailored sessions that may include music improvisation, song writing, and listening activities to support clients in achieving their personal goals.

✨ In Art Therapy, we provide a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their feelings through various artistic mediums such as paint, clay, and collage. This form of expressive therapy is suitable for all ages and is particularly effective for those facing emotional or mental challenges.

✨ Dance & Movement Therapy harnesses the power of movement as a form of self-expression and connection. By integrating body, mind, and spirit, our dance therapy sessions promote emotional and cognitive integration, helping participants celebrate life and foster a sense of community.

✨ Drama Therapy employs theatre techniques to facilitate personal growth and mental health. This interactive approach enables participants to tell their stories, express emotions, and work through challenges in a supportive environment, whether in schools, hospitals, or community settings.
