- Our Birchgrove Club is home to pre-competitive classes where we teach kids aged from 1 to 8 years old the basic body and apparatus fundamentals of Rhythmic Gymnastics in a fun and creative environment. It is fantastic for building a child's coordination, in addition to developing flexibility, balance and agility. Our programs include circuits, stretching, group games, and basic apparatus work specific to the level, with a focus on developing skill & confidence through fitness and fun (so if gymnasts would like to take the competitive pathway in the future, they can)
Our Pre-Competitive Classes include:

● Rhythmic Starters (5.5-7yrs)
● Rhythmic Advanced (8+ yrs)
● KinderGym (1-3yrs)
● BabyGym (Crawlers)
● Ninja (4-7yrs)
● Circus & Acro (5.5-8 yrs)
