- Pre Competitive:
● Foundational skills such as coordination, balance, agility, and strength.
● Programs include circuits, stretching, group games, and basic apparatus work specific to the level.
● Focus on developing skill & confidence through fitness and fun (so if gymnasts would like to take the competitive pathway in the future, they can)
Competitive:
● Fast-track skill development and perfect body and apparatus work.
● All gymnasts compete (for levels 1-4, competitions can begin in a relaxed environment at the internal Le Ray Cup inter-club competitions).
● Depending on the level, commitments may include performing individual and group routines at Club, State, and National events.
