- Our Birchgrove Club is home to our pre-competitive classes for kids aged 1 - 8 years old. Our introductory non-competitive classes teach the basic body and apparatus fundamentals of Rhythmic Gymnastics in a fun and creative environment. It is fantastic for building a child's coordination, in addition to developing flexibility, balance and agility. Our programs include circuits, stretching, group games, and basic apparatus work specific to the level and focus on developing skill & confidence through fitness and fun (so if gymnasts would like to take the competitive pathway in the future, they can)
Classes include:
● Rhythmic Fun (4-5.5yrs)
● Rhythmic Starters (5.5-7yrs)
● Rhythmic Advanced (8+ yrs)
● Circus & Acro (4.5 - 6 yrs)
● Kinder Gym (1 - 3 yrs)
● Baby Gym (crawlers)
● Ninja (4 - 7 yrs)
✨ COST & TIMETABLE ✨
All classes generally follow the school term, and we run Holiday Camps during breaks.
Classes start at $150 for a term, with discounts available for siblings and booking 2 days per week. We also accept Active Kids vouchers to save you up to $100 per year!
