    Kids Kickboxing at Emerald Dragon Martial Arts helps children build confidence, fitness, focus and self defence skills in a structured and supportive training environment.

    Designed for ages 7–14, our beginner-friendly classes combine controlled kickboxing training, fitness development and positive coaching to help students improve coordination, discipline and resilience.

    Classes focus on safe, structured learning with an emphasis on respect, confidence and long-term development rather than aggressive competition.

    Students are guided through skill progression by experienced instructors in a professional martial arts academy environment in Penrith NSW.
