- Step into our state-of-the-art Boxing Room for an exhilarating 45-minute session, where kids will master proper skills and technique including stance, position, movement, and combinations. This dynamic session also includes a cardio and strength component featuring bag and pad work, as well as engaging shadow boxing. As they progress, children will not only develop physical fitness but also learn discipline and build self-confidence through the art of boxing.
