At TMC KIDS, we make exercise fun!

We offer Unique Group Movement Classes for Toddlers to Teens!

Our Kids are developing Coordination, Confidence, Resilience, Flexibility, Strength and Friendships in our lessons. Our core values are Inclusivity, Fun, Variety and Growth.

We have created a space to nurture and empower kids to move regardless of their abilities or experience. We teach kids from toddlers to teens the importance of movement and believe in an inclusive, fun filled environment that draws on many training modalities to help let your child thrive including the important fundamental movement skills, dance, gymnastics rings, handstands, cartwheels and much more, we include games to keep it fun and offer lots of variety in every lesson.

TMC KIDS is a family owned and run business here in Newcastle. Established In 2016, We have helped over 1000 little movers in the hunter from our school programs, Special workshops, Birthday Parties, Online Programs and our flagship weekly after school program.

What we do at TMC KIDS:

★Group Classes available Monday -Saturday

Kids will learn life long skills such as the important fundamental movement skills, functional movements, Gymnastic rings and dance skills. Everything is scaleable, we cater to all Children at different levels and all are welcome.

★Online Classes

We have created a fully online, on demand program with a huge variety of classes for all ages and abilities!

★ BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Leave the entertaining and cleaning to us!

We customise all birthday parties to suit you and your child.

PLUS we have an amazing cafe on site that can provide catering and coffees for the Parents.
