Overview

    Hour of Power offers you and your favourite crew the opportunity to try all the circus apparatus. This class is an all-abilities class and is spectrum friendly, aimed at participants who require a more informal and relaxed setting than our other classes. Our coaches provide opportunities for participants to play and learn skills at their own pace. Learn aerial silks, juggling, tumbling, trapeze and more!

    Fridays 4-5pm (5-11yrs)
    Fridays 5:15-6:15pm (11+ yrs)
