For a child eager to push their limits, this class offers the chance to shine. By refining their skills, I help confident players step into their potential as team players and role models.
This is where children learn to channel their energy, focus, and passion into something bigger than themselves. Soccer becomes more than a game — it’s a platform to grow as individuals, build meaningful connections, and develop the qualities that will guide them both on and off the field.
Sessions are 60 minutes long, and maintain a small group size (maximum child-to-coach ratio of 9:1) for personalized coaching. The pace is slightly faster, with an emphasis on skill refinement and more advanced gameplay.
Midway through, we take a short break to incorporate social and emotional learning (SEL) activities, inspired by the CASEL model, to develop important life skills.
The session concludes with a practice match, followed by:
- A breathing exercise, to assist with the self-management skills
- A recap of the key technical and SEL learning points
- Awarding the Star of the Day to the child who shines brightest, by most closely following the 3 Superstar Tips
