Welcome to Flying Fox Studios, our little world where creativity knows no bounds and each corner of our space is designed to spark imagination, and a love of learning new skills.

In our ever-evolving world that is increasingly dominated by screens and tech, nurturing creativity and imagination in kids is paramount. These uniquely human traits enable our kids to dream, innovate, problem solve, practice resilience, and navigate the complexities of the future in ways that technology cannot replicate.

Our studio home in the inner northern Brisbane suburb of Everton Park is a unique creative space for all ages offering a wide range of classes, workshops and activities including:

⭐ Art Classes (2 years to Adults)

At Flying Fox Studios, we believe in fostering the growth and skill development of every student's artistic abilities. Growing skills, enhancing observation, exploring a wide range of media and art styles, and enriching our students experiences in the world of art.

Scribblers - 2 to 5 years

Zoomers - 3.5 to 6 years

🎨Art Play - Adults 18+

⭐ Fox Blocks STEM (3.5 years to Grade 7)

Fox Blocks is an innovative hands on engineering & construction program for kids. Foster skills, knowledge and a love of learning in the areas of construction, engineering, science, math and technology, Fox Blocks is one of Brisbane's longest running STEM focused kids extracurricular activities.

🚀Groundwork- 3.5 to 6 years

🚀ConStruct - Prep, Grade 1 & Grade 2

🚀iBuild - Grades 2, 3 & 4

🚀C-Zone - Grades 5, 6 & 7

⭐ Kindermusik (0 to 6 years)

Kindermusik at Flying Fox Studios is a community of families and teachers passionately committed to bringing music to children's lives through developmentally appropriate curricula, CDs, books, instruments, and activities for our classes and for family time at home.

🎵Level 4 Musicians - Kindy, Prep, Grade 1

⭐ Holiday Workshops (4 to 17 years)

Come and join the Flying Fox Studios team for a fun, creative and original holiday workshop program. Workshops are offered for a wide range of topics such as painting, engineering, science, design, drawing, and craft.

School holiday workshops at Flying Fox Studios are unique in every way. Over the last 18 years we have developed an original style, where learning and fun are always combined. We explore all our concepts in a creative and hands on way, with experienced educators leading the kids in imagination and discovery.

Across all our workshops, whether it be an art class, an engineering session, or a makerspace workshop, we ensure focus on creativity, imagination, and skill building is central and always fun.

⭐About Us

Flying Fox Studios is a small business that has seen a generation of students pass through since the doors were first opened in 2006.

Our creative team also run an amazing little store on site and online called STEAM Kids, from which profits are put back into development of the programs offered to our local community.

We offer a free trial class in all our term length programs. While not available during the first week of any term, we would love to have you come along and try out one of our fabulous programs.
