    SCHOOL HOLIDAY TENNIS CAMPS
    NOW TAKING ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS FOR HOLIDAY CAMPS OR TERM 2 COACHING

    Eastside Tennis Centre Kingsford school holiday camp dates are out now.

    We have indoor facilities in the case of wet weather for other activities such as arts and crafts and physical activities.

    The Tennis Centre has 8 tennis courts, grass and shade areas, a playground, wet weather and a workout room.

    Tennis camps are run each school holiday and players are grouped by age and ability.

    Lunch can be purchased daily.

    The camp will have a presentation day on the last day for prizes and trophies and a BBQ or Pizza lunch.

    Tennis Camps Beginner/ Intermediate/ advanced

    Dates:

    April School Holidays:

    Tennis Camp Tuesday 11th- Friday 14th April 2023

    Tennis Camp Monday 17th- Friday 21st April 2023

    Red, Orange, Green and Yellow ball groups.

    Times: Full Day (9:00am-300pm)

    All levels from Beginner to Advanced
    Ages: 5-12 years old

    Cost: $90 per day or $350 for the week

    or

    Times: Half Day (9:00am-12:00pm) Beginner / Intermediate
    Ages: 5-12 years old

    Cost: $70 per day or $270 for the week

    The Tennis Clinics cater for all ages and ability levels with options for full days or half days from one to five-day options.


    UTR High-Performance Training Camp for serious players seeking to play at a high level.

    The UTR training and competition camps include training in the morning from 9am-12pm and matchplay in the afternoon 12-3pm, players will play verified matches which count towards their UTR rating. Suitable for players currently competing, ages 8-16 years.

JUNIOR COACHING


Kids Improve coordination, speed, strength and agility and learn the fundamentals of tennis to start. Teaches kids how to problem-solve as individuals and in a team. Learn to play correctly with a great base. Kids learn the correct grips, footwork and swing paths.


○ Red Ball Squads

Ages 5-8 years old, 45 minute sessions with a maximum of 4 players per coach.


○ Orange Ball Squads

Ages 8-10 years old, 45 minute sessions with a maximum of 4 players per coach.


○ Green Ball Squads

Ages 9 years and up (depending on player level), 60 minute or 90 minute sessions with a maximum of 4 players per court.


○ Yellow Ball Squads

Ages 12 and above (depending on player level), Intermediate squad – aimed at social or less experienced players.

Director Arie Shatar is a Tennis Australia qualified High Performance and Talent Development Coach, the highest level certified by Tennis Australia and the International Tennis Federation.


Arie has a Masters degree in Education and Sports Coaching from The University of Sydney.
