A typical session includes: 💫 Warm-Up (15 mins): Light stretches and movement games to gently prepare little bodies. 💫 Dance Routine (15 mins): A high-energy, age-appropriate dance to lively music using foundational steps. 💫 Cool Down (10 mins): Calming movements to wind down and transition back into the day.
