We offer a range of creative arts sessions, art therapy courses and workshops for kids, young people & adults.

At Mindkshetra – we are passionate about empowering our future generation to develop a robust sense of worth using creativity as a catalyst with our art therapy workshops in Sydney.

We offer group sessions suitable for kids from 9 years and above to engage in creative play, make new friendships and enhance connections. We provide a range of in-studio term classes.

We believe creativity is a natural skill we are all born with! But most commonly, "Being Creative" is confused with being artistic. And most importantly, accessing our creative side can help us sustain our well-being. Almost half of us (in the world) resist taking up creative pursuits because of this self-imposed expectation of making masterpieces every time we engage with art. Thus, we are missing out on the benefits "Being Creative" has to offer.
