- Theme: Crafting with Baraqah
Duration: 2 hours
Difficulty: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)
Recommended Age: 6–14 years
🌙 Activity Overview
In this spiritually inspired craft session, children will create a beautifully lit 3D Mosque Silhouette Shadow Box to proudly display at home. Using pre-cut elements, participants will construct a layered silhouette design within a wooden shadow box frame. The final piece will be softly illuminated from behind with warm lights, bringing the tranquil night scene to life - complete with stars, a crescent moon, and mosque minarets.
This session is a calming yet engaging activity that blends hands-on construction with spiritual symbolism. It invites reflection, storytelling, and creative thinking as children piece together a meaningful work of art rooted in Islamic identity.
Children will be supported step-by-step by experienced educators and guided with intention, care, and age-appropriate independence.
