Overview

    "Be a Rock Detective"

    Kids will perform hands-on experiments on the rock cycle by making edible rocks while exploring different types of rocks (sedimentary, metamorphic, igneous).

    They will also explore the processes of weathering and erosion. Additionally, they will be challenged to create working volcanoes in teams. Once they understand the differences between the various types of rocks and how they are formed, they will explore rocks from around Australia and the world using magnifying glasses.

    Finally, they will make fossils to take home.

    Our Programs give students a chance to discover and explore natural phenomena through fun, playful, hands-on and visually engaging Science Experiments.

    Kids participate in discussions and debates wearing a lab coat and science glasses. As Science is all around us, Kids will perform fun experiments on various topics extracted from what they see around making them more confident.

Super Little Scientists was founded by Divya Goel, who turned her passion for science into a fun and creative venture for kids. Since 2018, we’ve been inspiring children aged 4–10 across Sydney to explore the wonders of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Maths) through hands-on experiments, storytelling, and play. Our mission is to make science fun, engaging, and accessible, while nurturing curiosity and confidence in every child.

- Science Birthday Parties – 1-hour themed parties with hands-on experiments.


- Science Incursions – Fun and educational sessions for preschools, primary schools, childcare centres, libraries, and vacation care.


- School Holiday Programs – Creative workshops packed with experiments and activities, eligible for Creative Kids Vouchers.


- After School Programs – Weekly sessions that combine play, discovery, and scientific exploration.


🧪 Discovery & Exploration


Children become “super scientists” as they mix potions, create slime, test chemical reactions, and explore natural phenomena. Through role-play and storytelling, they learn to observe, hypothesise, experiment, and validate their ideas—all while having fun. These activities enhance fine motor skills, teamwork, patience, and creativity, while building confidence and a can-do attitude.
