At Trung Han Qun (THQ), we combine the discipline of Korean Taekwondo with the tradition of Chinese Martial Arts (Shaolin) to create a unique training experience. Our academy is more than just learning how to kick and punch—it’s about building discipline, teamwork, respect, and confidence.

Students progress through 10 belt levels (Red, Blue, Yellow, Black, each with Dans/stripes), with grading based not only on skill but also on passion and leadership. This ensures every student grows as both a martial artist and a person.

⭐ Junior Classes (THQcubs, ages 4–13) – Fun, age-appropriate martial arts training that builds strong foundations in stances, coordination, and teamwork.

⭐ Senior Classes (ages 13+) – Advanced training in martial arts, weapons, and lion dance stunts, designed to challenge and inspire teens and adults.
