Bounce Gymnastics, now proudly part of the Fit n Fun Academy family, offers high-quality, fun, and developmentally appropriate gymnastics programs at our Giraween and Jamisontown, Penrith locations. Our experienced and passionate coaches create a supportive environment where every child can build confidence, strength, coordination, and self-esteem while having a blast!


👶 Kindy Gym – 18 months to 5 years


Our Kindy Gym classes are a playful introduction to movement for little ones. Children explore gymnastics through hands-on activities and games, developing gross motor skills, fine motor skills, sensory awareness, and confidence. Parents or carers actively participate, helping children learn while making every class a fun, shared experience.


🤸 Recreation Classes – 4+ years


Recreation classes are perfect for school-aged children looking to learn gymnastics in a structured, fun, and supportive environment. Children progress through colour-graded levels—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—earning recognition for their achievements and skills. Classes focus on all apparatus including floor, beam, bars, and vault, helping students build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence.


đź’Ş Tumbling & Advanced Classes


Tumbling classes focus on floor skills, flips, and handsprings, while Advanced Recreation provides challenging skill development for older or more experienced gymnasts. All classes emphasise technique, strength, control, and fun!


🎖 Recreation Grading


Grading sessions celebrate achievements, build confidence, and provide guidance for continued skill growth, making each child feel proud and motivated.


🎉 Birthday Parties & Special Events


Make your child’s special day unforgettable with a Fit n Fun Academy party! Our qualified coaches host fun-filled gymnastics games and activities in a safe, exclusive space. We provide tables, chairs, party supplies, and access to kitchen facilities, while you bring the food, drinks, and decorations. Your child and friends will enjoy 2.5 hours of laughter, play, and memories!
